Additional Info

Apartments rent for $1000/month plus electricity. We require a $300 non refundable deposit and a $150 non-refundable dog deposit.  Rent is due the first of every month, if payment has not been received by the third day, unfortunately, water and electricity will be shut off until payment is received. If rent is not paid ten days after it is due there is a 5% late fee charged for every day after. We accept cash, check, and card (Visa or Mastercard) with a 4% charge.
