Our location is ideal as it is 2 miles from town square and 3.2 miles from Tarleton State University, but down a paved country road where it remains very peaceful! Rent is due the first of every month, if payment has not been received by the third day, unfortunately, water and electricity will be shut off until payment is received. If rent is not paid ten days after it is due there is a 5% late fee charged for every day after. We accept cash, check, and card (Visa or Mastercard) with a 4% charge. We offer daily/nightly rentals, weekly rentals, as well as, monthly leases.
